- Managing all purchasing and receiving for North Carolina operations.
- Maintaining and tracking inventory on hand in the North Carolina location, including performing physical counts of inventory two times per year.
- Invoicing for North Carolina operations.
- Collecting and maintaining receipts for all company credit cards for the North Carolina team.
- Collection efforts for North Carolina customers with past due balances.
- Responding to customer billing questions by email and by phone.
- Assist with answering incoming calls as needed; and
- Any other accounting duties that may be assigned to you.
- Ability to learn new software and toolsets quickly.
- Ability to communicate with clients in a professional manner.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Ability to understand and meet goals set by the candidate's supervisor.
- Ability to manage multiple work streams and prioritize correctly.
- Ability to follow written and/or verbal directions.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Demonstrated experience with documentation.
- Demonstrated written and verbal skills.
- Detail Oriented
- Experience with Quickbooks is a plus

Job Description:The Accounting Clerk is responsible for working with the Responsive Technology Partners North Carolina team and clients on a day-to-day basis to ensure great communication and basic daily processes are accomplished on time.
