Job Overview: As a Retail Sales Associate, your role involves demonstrating product knowledge, suggestive selling, and conducting sales transactions with guests in various locations.

Position Description:

Greets guests warmly and professionally.
Has complete knowledge of all retail products and engages guests through suggestive sales techniques.
Provides personalized shopping experiences by exceeding guest expectations.
Handles merchandise transactions efficiently and accurately.
Maintains cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
Assists with inventory management and loss prevention practices.
Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Good communication skills.
Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Cash handling skills required.

Educational Requirements:

High school degree or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
Able to stand, walk, and reach for entire shifts.
Capable of lifting and carrying objects.
Climbing ladders and stairs may be necessary.

Work Environment:

Exposed to weather conditions and ambient noise levels.
Hazards such as broken glass and slipping may occur.

Language Skills:

Ability to read and interpret documents.
Effective communication with managers, clients, and guests.

Mathematical Skills:

Basic math skills required.
