Our customer base includes 500+ facilities in virtually every industrial sector in USA and Canada.

    We are currently looking to accelerate our deployment of remote monitoring systems based on wireless technology and cloud-based analytics, as we further expand our service range for the North American customers. To that end, we are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient individual to join our team as an Industrial Technician for Wireless Monitoring Systems, which is the fastest growing part of our industry and considered a cornerstone of the Industrial IOT revolution.

    Job Description:

    Responsibilities:

    • Installation and Commissioning of wireless condition monitoring systems for industrial machinery.
    • Troubleshooting of system functionality in the context of intended applications.
    • Proactively contribute to development of best practices in remote condition monitoring.
    • Participate in R&D efforts in updating and developing our systems.
    • Participate in physical building and testing of communication units in our lab.
    • Participate in in-depth testing of wireless sensors, gateways, and analytical software.
    • Cooperate with local technical analysts in optimizing system performance.
    • Communicate with customer site personnel while on-site and off-site.
    • Provide on-site and off-site training and technical support to clients, ensuring their teams are proficient in operating and maintaining the installed systems.
    • Maintain detailed records of installations, configurations, and technical issues, providing comprehensive reports to the internal team and clients.
    • Work closely with the internal engineering and support teams to communicate client requirements and assist in the development of customized solutions.
    • Ensure all installations meet high-quality standards and adhere to regulatory and safety protocols.
    • Build positive relationships with clients, addressing their queries promptly and professionally.
    • Communicate with internal team members.
    • Participate in internal trainings to develop technical skills related to condition monitoring.
    • Act as a positive ambassador of our brand and the services we provide.
    • Frequent travel is expected to client locations, for system installations and technical support.
    • This is not a remote work opportunity. You will be based out of our Lebanon, OH headquarters, when you are not travelling to customer sites.

    Qualifications:

    • Associates degree, Technical Certification, or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, automotive technology, industrial technology, aerospace technology, or related fields, from an accredited institution.
    • Strong knowledge of electrical theory and applications, with a keen interest in machinery.
    • Hands-on experience working on electro-mechanical systems is a major asset.
    • Previous exposure to industrial environments is an asset.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information.
    • Willingness to travel extensively across North America and work on industrial sites.
