We are seeking friendly, outgoing, and positive team members to join Positive Vibes Pilates (PVPT) at our Waterford location.

We are looking for some weekday and weekend (rotating) availability.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients, check them in/out quickly and accurately
• Answer phones and respond to client inquiries
• Promote the studio to walk-in prospects
• Conduct sales pitches (in-studio & over the phone)
• Make membership sales
• Process payments and maintain accurate client records
• Handle client concerns with professionalism and patience
• Perform light cleaning (trash, wiping surfaces, etc.)
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• CPR certification (must be certified, or willing to be certified)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Fluent English – strong written & verbal communication

Schedule:

• Weekday Evenings
