- Pay-$15.00 hourly
- Benefits offered: medical, dental, vision, 401K
- Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
Your New Role:
- Greets vendors, customers, and other visitors
- Route incoming calls and place outgoing calls
- Assist the Attorneys
Your experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other common office software
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
