    Responsibilities:

    Schedule:
    Sunday - Thrusday

    Hours: 7:30a - 4:00p


    Pay:
    $20 - $23

    Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus

    Position Summary:


    The Customer Service Representative Serve as a customer service liaison, communicating directly with multiple customers to provide information for daily business functions and be responsible for all clerical and administrative tasks required by the business unit and assisting various departments.

    Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

    Act as first point of contact to customer calls and emails

    Interact with multiple customers ensuring that customer's needs are met timely and accurately, and all policies/procedures specific for each location are followed accordingly

    Provide customer support with special requests and assist various departments within distribution center as needed

    Utilize specialized software to validate store orders

    Take inbound calls, special delivery requests and process orders

    Follow up on requests from distribution centers in a timely manner

    Review email communications concerning promotions

    Provide consistency of service to restaurants with continuous training

    Other projects or duties as assigned


    Qualifications:

    Required Skills and Experience:
    A High school diploma or GED plus 1-2+ years of previous call center or related experience

    Experience with Microsoft Office

    Strong computer skills

    Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

    Must have strong attention to detail

    This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test


    Preferred Skills and Experience:
    Previous high volume call center experience

    Previous experience in the food industry
