PeopleShare is seeking a temporary Manufacturing Cost Analyst to work for a Medical Device Manufacturer in the Conshohocken area.

Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM


Pay Rate:
$35/hour


Full-Time:
Direct Hire

Hybrid:
four days in the office one day working from home

Job Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Cost Analyst:
Conducts detailed sales analysis to identify trends and correlations, aiding revenue and margin optimization.
Contributes to pricing strategy development for special market accounts.
Works with Sales, Finance, and other teams to ensure timely pricing rule implementation.
Participates in assessing and quantifying pricing policies and procedures.
Handles pricing, rebate, and eligibility inquiries, resolving them efficiently.
Performs financial analysis for deal structures and special pricing scenarios.
Addresses invoicing, customer setup, pricing, and supply issues.
Analyzes product cost structure and provides insights into cost components.
Monitors purchase price variances and investigates discrepancies.
Identifies cost-saving opportunities and suggests optimization strategies.
Collaborates with procurement to understand supplier contracts' cost implications.
Documents processes and procedures for reference.

Job Requirements of the Manufacturing Cost Analyst

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role in a manufacturing setting
A solid mix of understanding of product cost structure, cost analysis, and overall financial analysis.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Power Point with a advanced proficiency specifically with Excel
PowerBI, Tableau or other data visualization software experience preferred.
Excellent analytical skills with an ability to focus on details.
