- Ability to execute recruiting strategy
- Sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and referring the best candidates to hiring departments.
- Manage and train employees on the applicant tracking system.
- Build relationships with recruitment platforms and resources.
- Use major job boards (indeed, ZipRecruiter, Career Builder,etc.), social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and referrals to attract qualified candidates.
- Attend Job Faires and build relationships with clinical leads.
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Previous recruiting experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to learn and manage multiple software

OPCO MISSOURI Skilled Management is seeking a talented recruiter to help meet staffing demands in the long term healthcare industry. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates in a high-demand healthcare industry. We are looking for a self-motivated employee looking to expand their skillset in Recruitment/HR. We're looking for an individual that is local to the Irving area to travel back and forth between our Dallas-Fort Worth facilities as needed.
