    Job Brief Project Manager OLH, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Project Manager at Fort Sam Houston, TX

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the overall performance of the contract.
    • Participate in all quality improvement initiatives teams, meetings, seminars, and training seminars as requested by the CO.
    • Ensure schedules, deliverables, budget, staffing, and execution all function to align with the requirements of the contract.
    • Responsible for personnel scheduling, interviews, hiring, evaluations, and disciplinary requirements.
    • Report to Government and OLH Corporate Stakeholders.
    • Ensure all training certifications and licenses are obtained and maintained for all contract personnel and provide verification of completed training to Government and OLH Corporate Stakeholders.
    • Provide program management support services to the branches
    Will be responsible for the following to include but not limited to:


    • Assisting in the planning, coordination, implementation, and oversight of all government projects as specified within this statement of work and as applicable to audit requirements.
    • Review tasks to ensure they are within the scope of the contract.
    • Distribute all work assigned to the Contractor team via the contractor Team Lead.
    • Review the deliverables to ensure quality, timeliness and compliance of the task(s).
    • Work directly with the Government to ensure all functions outlined in this statement of work are completed.
    • Participate in Integrated Program Teams (IPTs) or working groups in support of audit requirements as required.
    • Ensure the training of all contractor personnel.
    • Review bi-weekly Situation Reports (SITREPs) consolidated inputs by contract personnel and submit to the Government.
    • Review the consolidated contract personnel updates to the Quarterly Command Chronology and submit to the Government.
    • Serve as the single Point of Contract (POC) for all contractor personnel.
    • Prepare and submit a Monthly Status Report (MSR).
    • Use government automated systems (e.g., computer terminals, bar code wands and laser scanners) to read, store, inquire, route, track and verify data

    Requirements:

    • Active Secret Security Clearance
    • U.S
    Citizen


    • B.A./B.S
    in Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field of study


    • 7 years management experience of similar contracts/efforts.
    • Have working knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint), Visio, other applicable programs and logistics information systems and other Government systems listed below and have experience leading similar efforts
    Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Advanced Certification or equivalent training/credential in the focus/specialty is highly desirable.


    • Experience with extensive research and cataloging on equipment, medical/surgical and pharmaceutical products using multiple automation systems to include but not limited to Medical Master Catalog (MMC), Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS), Electronic Catalog (ECAT), Prime Vendor Databases, General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), Electronic Document Access (EDA), vendor manufacturer websites, and other sources to ensure the use of mandatory sources and compliance with standardization initiatives
