    Description

    The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving retail sales and staying within allocated budgets in a designated territory. This role requires building strong relationships with store teams to grow the ABH business, while communicating the brand story and educating retail teams on products and services.

    Essential Duties:

    • Achieve retail sales plans for assigned territories.
    • Manage territory spending budgets, including freelance and travel expenses.
    • Meet objectives of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined by the company.
    • Build strong collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.
    • Maintain ongoing coaching and training of store personnel on ABH products and services.
    • Execute regular business review meetings with key store management to strategize for retail sales growth.
    • Plan and execute new product launches and corporate programming to maximize retail results.
    • Schedule additional in-store event activity to drive retail sales.
    • Recruit, interview, train, and coach freelance support staff.
    • Ensure service location counters remain compliant with State Board regulations.
    • Merchandise store gondolas for maximum visual exposure.
    • Communicate visual merchandising concerns to store and ABH personnel.
    • Communicate inventory concerns to store and ABH personnel.
    • Clearly communicate with retailer personnel and ABH team members.
    • Elevate potential business opportunities and provide feedback to ABH strategies and trainings.
    • Stay exposed to competitive market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Complete administrative reporting on a timely basis.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of cosmetics retail experience with strong artistry skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and inspire others.
    • Effective communication skills with all levels of leadership.
    • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to see the whole picture.
    • Thrive in a fast-paced business environment.
    • Ability to make strategic decisions based on sales analysis.
    • Strong technology skills with Microsoft Office.
    • A valid driver's license and safe vehicle are required.
    • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
    • Some overnight and air travel is required.

    Compensation:

    Anastasia Beverly Hills offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits and a 401(K) plan with matching contributions from the company. The starting base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 yearly, depending on several factors including qualifications, skills, and geographical location.
