    We are seeking for a dynamic Legal Secretary to offer comprehensive administrative assistance across various practice areas including Corporate, Intellectual Property, and Litigation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining efficient communication channels.

    • Pay: $70,000 - $90,000
    • Direct Hire

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support attorneys in preparations for legal proceedings such as depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
    • Manage administrative tasks including organizing workflow, maintaining files and records, and processing correspondence.
    • Possess strong technical skills for drafting and editing legal documents, and proficiently handling filings.
    • Assist in managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and making travel arrangements.
    • Execute executive administrative duties such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and communication management.
    • Maintain top-notch communication and professionalism for client interaction and internal collaboration.
    • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and proactively identify potential issues to ensure excellent client service.
    • Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively as a contributing team member.
    • Ensure compliance with filing deadlines and procedures.
    • Actively contribute to Firm-wide client service initiatives and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions.
    • Availability for overtime work as required.
    • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Successful candidate will have 5+ years of legal secretarial experience with a solid understanding of litigation.
    • Advanced-level computer skills required including proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
    • Knowledge in NetDocs, Intapp Time, and Chrome River a plus.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Ability to multi-task to meet the demands of a fast-paced work environment and multiple priorities.
    • Ability to work cohesively in a team environment.
    • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Professional, upbeat, energetic, proactive, dependable, and takes pride in work.
    • Proficiency in spelling, grammar, proofreading and writing skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion.
