Finance & Operations Administrator
Position Overview
The Finance & Operations Administrator plays a crucial role in managing financial processes and ensuring efficient office operations. This position involves overseeing financial management, supporting accounting functions, and assisting with HR-related tasks to contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, financial reporting, and payroll processing.
Support the Finance Manager in preparing financial statements and reports.
Oversee 401K administration and ensure compliance with regulations.
Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets.
Coordinate with HR on employee relations and operational needs.
Implement and optimize office operations for efficiency.
Conduct regular financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications

Proven experience in financial management and operations administration.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Experience with payroll processing and 401K administration is a plus.
Familiarity with financial reporting and budgeting processes.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
