- Setting up machines to start a production cycle
- Controlling and adjusting machine settings (e.g. speed)
- Feeding raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
- Organizing outfeed for optimal machine performance
- Performing regular and efficient quality checks
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years' experience working with production based machines
- Manufacturing Plant Environment
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Sitting, standing, stooping, bending, other movement as necessary
- Working with tools, hands and power tools as needed based on job needs
- Working at heights as required
- Overtime as needed and required
- Manufacturing Plant – required PPE when necessary
- Ability to work in a very clean and efficient manner
- Ability to work on projects to ensure accurate, high quality products
- Understanding of proper steps needed to setup machine, clean machine, record efficiencies, utilize various parts as required and ensure all safety standards are adhered to
- basic computer skills, including navigating MS Windows and internet usage
