    The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating complex construction projects related to public infrastructure and ensuring compliance with the Department of State Architects regulations.

    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Project Planning and Execution:
      • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
      • Lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project objectives.
      • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
    2. Stakeholder Management:
      • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to establish clear project objectives, expectations, and deliverable.
      • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, maintaining effective communication channels and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
    3. Budget and Resource Management:
      • Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
      • Optimize resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to maximize project efficiency and productivity.
    4. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
      • Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
      • Conduct regular project reviews, audits, and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
    5. Reporting and Documentation:
      • Generate accurate and timely project reports, presenting project status, milestones, risks, and successes to stakeholders and management.
      • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and other relevant records.

    Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
    • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
    • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
    • Proficient in project management software and tools.
    • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
