    YOUR DAY-DAY WILL INCLUDE:

    Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in UKG Pro to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information.

  • Assists employees with Life Event changes within the UKG Pro system.
  • Performs quality checks of benefits-related data.
  • Distributes all benefits enrollment materials and determines eligibility.
  • Enroll employees with carriers and process life status changes.
  • Responds to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes, and other general inquiries.
  • Processes and administers all leave-of-absence requests and disability paperwork: medical, personal, disability, and FMLA.
  • Effectively interprets FMLA and ADA implications relating to leaves of absence/disabilities.
  • Collects the applicable benefit premiums from employees due to leave of absence.
  • Responds to 401(k) inquiries from managers and employees regarding enrollments, plan changes, and contribution amounts. Manages the annual catch-up contribution enrollment.
  • Assists with the open enrollment process.
  • Provides necessary reports for allocation/billing charges.
  • Processes and ensures accuracy of monthly benefit vendor invoices.
  • Reconciles bi-weekly pre-check payroll register to benefit reports.
  • Reviews, reconciles, and uploads bi-weekly Health Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Account (FSA) files to vendors.
  • WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and TEAMS.
  • Associate's degree in HR or related field, but experience and other training/certification may be substituted for the education.
  • 2-5 years' experience in HR and benefits administration.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
  • WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field of study.
  • SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP
  • UKG Pro Core & Prime experience.
  • Benefit certification CBP, CEBS
