Job summary
Maintain a current knowledge of state and federal laws regarding human resources activities ensuring compliance with employment laws and reporting Provide advice assistance and follow-up on company policies procedures and documentation ensuring clarity compliance Advise management on appropriate resolution of employee relations issues Perform investigations where appropriate maintaining confidentiality integrity Maintain system records generate ad hoc customized data reports Manage support full employee life cycle practices including recruitment onboarding performance management development exit/offboarding Assist with payroll activities maintenance timekeeping system pay period close tasks act liaison corporate payroll department Work HR Central all HR related actions/changes new hires contingent workers promotions job changes etc ensuring high degree accuracy Perform other work-related tasks duties assigned by HR Manager Comply all NOV Company HSE policies procedures
