    **Description**

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    Ability to communicate effectively with Guests and other staff in a professional manner

    Knowledge, understanding, and adherence to menu, kitchen operations, Lodge operations, Liquor compliance laws, Board of Health regulations, etc

    Physical ability to approach tables, take orders correctly, and serve orders correctly

    Understanding of pricing to ensure drinks are charged correctly

    Ability to utilize cash register and credit card machines correctly

    Ability to correctly calculate daily paperwork at end of shift to ensure correct bank deposits

    Physical ability to maintain a clean environment in the lodge; bussing tables, vacuuming, etc

    Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism through appearance and behavior

    Ability to adhere to and carry out all policies and procedures as prescribed in the Arizona Snowbowl Employee Handbook
