    Executive Director Job Description

    The Executive Director plays a vital role in the efficient operations and overall management of our senior living community. Their responsibilities include hiring, evaluating, coordinating, monitoring performance, scheduling, and supervising staff according to company policy.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Achieving and maintaining budgeted occupancy levels.
    • Maintaining budgetary compliance.
    • Representing the property professionally to the community and corporation.
    • Creating a supportive and enjoyable lifestyle for residents.

    The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in residential care for the elderly. They should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and be proficient in MS Office programs. Knowledge of assisted living and dementia care is also desirable.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • At least three years of experience providing residential care to the elderly.
    • Valid California Residential Care Facility for the Elderly Certification or Licensed Nursing Home Executive Director.
    • Prior supervisory experience preferred.
    • Proficiency in MS Office programs.
    • Knowledge of assisted living and dementia care.
