GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

The Procurement Manager is responsible for purchasing all goods and services required to support Production, Maintenance, EH&S and the General Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Promotion of a safe working environment
Procurement of Fiber required to support customer orders
Procurement of Chemicals and dyes required to support customer orders
Procurement of MRO goods and services to support production
Maintain MRO budget spend per month
Create, record & retain CER projects and purchases documentation
Coordination of fiber deliveries with Supplier, Carriers, Receiving dept and offsite Warehouse personnel.
Create and record Inbound Shipment Call out's for fiber
Maintain and record inventory levels for fiber, chemicals and dyes
Purchase and maintain inventory level of expense consumable items used in production
Approve payment processing for offsite warehouse labor
Record and retain receipt transactions & provide receipt documentation to AP dept.
Provide month end support to AP for reconciliation of receipts for payment processing
Negotiate and control local contracts
Monitor and maintain monthly spend as per General Manager key indicators
Implement and manage bill of materials
