    As a member of the Eastman Kodak's IT team, you will build, secure, operate and maintain IT systems for the organization. You will also participate in projects to design and develop new solutions for systems, support services and stay current with industry trends and help set strategy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    The Windows Domain Team provides technical support for Windows Active directory and Azure AD that support run a wide variety of Mission Critical and Essential business applications.


    • Build, upgrade/patch, secure, operate and maintain Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Windows servers/systems using standard procedures.


    • Ensure that systems are configured and monitored for their security and that access is configured to standards to secure data. Perform backup and recovery.


    • Use established procedures for inventory and configuration management.


    • Respond to requests and problems reporting in the ticketing system according to service levels and provide excellent customer service to end users.


    • Interact with teams and management in a dynamic, open-door environment. Bring ideas and innovation to the team.


    • Work with versatility across a wide range of technologies and systems.


    • Provide after-hours/on-call support for critical systems. Participate in operational emergencies and incident response situations. Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation with other team members.


    • Develop and follow documented ITIL procedures for incident, problem and change management.


    • Respond to incidents and requests and escalate to appropriate vendors when needed.


    • Update and develop procedures and documentation.

    Required Technical Skills:


    • Hands-on experience with the following technologies:


    • Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory.


    • Group policy management.


    • Familiarity, understanding and experience of operating in VMWare virtualized environments and Microsoft Azure cloud environments.


    • Familiarity and experience with PowerShell.


    • Possess strong scripting capability and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.


    • Familiarity with Active Directory DNS.

    Required Non-Technical Skills:


    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.


    • Fluent and able to communicate using English.


    • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.


    • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.


    • Strong team player that is highly motivated, eager to learn and take on greater responsibility.


    • Ability to work on projects with global participation.


    • Comfortable with global team and reporting structures – as your supervisor may be in another part of the world.
