    We are looking for a positive and personable, fast-paced, highly ethical, and experienced Customer Service Representative who thrives on helping their team members succeed. Also, someone who is looking for long term, stable employment. AlluraDerm is a small but expanding premier medical spa. We are ranked #1 in a variety of medical esthetic services such as Botox and CoolSculpting.     Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Provide World-Class customer service through positive interaction and continuously elevate customer/patient satisfaction and experience efficiently through emails and phone calls.
    • Efficiently handle high volume of inbound calls and outbound as necessary.
    • Answer questions on all services, instructions, payments, fees, policies accurately and efficiently with World-Class customer service
    • Convert new patient inquiries (leads) to schedule proficiently (high conversion rates) and quickly while providing world-class customer service
    • Meet/exceed established industry-standard service goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) e.g. Average Handle Time (AHT), Not Ready (ACW), Commitment to Schedule, Quality Assurance, Service Goals, Service Levels, Abandonment Rates, Average Speed of Answer (ASA)
    • Schedule existing and new patients accurately and efficiently with World-Class customer service

    Requirements

    Schedule:

    • Monday-Friday
    • Rotating opening shift (8:30 Am-4:30 Pm) to closing shift (9:00 Am-5:15 Pm)

    Experience:

    • Required: 1 year of customer service experience.
    • Preferred but not required: 1 year of Call Center experience.

    Education:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
