This hands-on role involves maintaining our supply room coordinating with vendors and shipping marketing materials and demo units to customers and sales representatives.Responsibilities
- Inventory and Supply Management Manage and maintain the marketing supply room and inventory system Track stock levels of print materials promotional giveaways company swag Go Live boxes and building demos Process fulfill demo request forms Ensure storage room remains organized properly stocked Vendor Relations Logistics Interface with vendors order marketing materials supplies Coordinate supplier pickups deliveries Manage vendor relationships timely fulfillment Shipping Distribution Box ship marketing supplies demo units materials customers sales representatives Prepare shipments accurately efficiently Maintain shipping records tracking information
