Job summary
We have an AI start-up client who is in need of two technical recrutiers. The role is fully remote and a six-month contract that could get extended or turn into full-time.Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and evaluate top technical talent for various roles, including Product-UI/UX designers and software engineers
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates in a competitive market
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information and status
- Foster positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process
