    Job Description

    We are seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess ambition, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients and providing personalized solutions that meet their unique needs.

    • Nurture long-term client relationships to build a loyal customer base.
    • Exhibit consultative selling skills by actively listening to customers and offering tailored recommendations.
    • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques to become an expert in automotive sales.
    • Perform high-quality vehicle demonstrations and follow-up with satisfied customers to encourage referrals.
    • Develop effective strategies to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
    • Regularly report to the Sales Manager on progress, objectives, and areas for improvement.
