    Slip Robotics, a rapidly growing robotics company specializing in industrial-size robots for truck loading and unloading, is seeking a Staff Industrial Engineer to join our team.

    We are looking for a highly skilled individual with at least 8 years of industrial engineering experience, specifically focusing on assembly line optimization for large-scale equipment.

    Job Description

    As a Staff Industrial Engineer at Slip Robotics, you will play a key role in developing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality control.

    Your responsibilities will include conducting time and motion studies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading continuous improvement projects.

    Responsibilities
    Design and optimize assembly lines for industrial-sized intelligent robots
    Develop and implement processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality control
    Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement and optimize workflows
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve assembly issues
    Create and maintain documentation for assembly processes
    Lead continuous improvement projects to increase productivity and reduce costs
    Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians
    Other Information
    Slip Robotics is located in Atlanta, GA, just northeast of the perimeter. This position requires a majority of on-site work.

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
    Minimum of 8 years of industrial engineering experience, focusing on assembly line optimization for large-scale intelligent robots
    Automotive manufacturing and assembly experience is preferred
    Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices
    Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
