- Masters Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related subject
- PMP Certification is strongly desired.
- 15 Years of professional experience in Project/Program management experience is a must have. (A background in a technology area, Intelligence and/or law enforcement is a nice to have.)
- Experience with MS Project
- Experience with a matrix organization.

The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $200,000.
