Job Description
The Upgrade Assembly Trainer is a Production Operator who specializes in training new Production Operators to assemble a variety of plumbing parts and components to ensure they are ready to be shipped as well as operates and services a variety of production machines within an Assemble-to-Order work environment.

Responsibilities
- Helps maintain a safe environment by reporting any issues or concerns and giving associates feedback on safety adherence. ,
- Serves as primary trainer for the line including providing hands-on training, document reviews and signoffs. ,
- Introduces new associates to co-workers, Team Lead, and Manager. ,
- Communicates with team members, including Team Leads and Production Managers, to develop teamwork in the trainees. ,
