Were looking for a full-time IT Administrator to join us in our Indianapolis office that meets the following criteria:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, any technology-related discipline, or comparable work experience2-3 years of experience supporting and administering computers running modern versions of the Microsoft Windows operating systemDemonstrated experience resolving desktop productivity software issues, network connection errors, and desktop and network printing problemsExcellent communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detailAn ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment and independently with minimal supervisionAbility and willingness to travel between offices when necessaryResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Overview: Oversight of technology for attorneys, paralegals, and staff in a broad range of locations including the Lafayette, Indianapolis, Evansville, and Minneapolis officesRespond to support request calls and emails during both office hours and off hours, and provide a variety of software and hardware end-user support, including mobile devices and peripheralsAssist with hardware and software research, recommendations and purchases, as well as the onboarding of staff in terms of technology

    Technical Support:
    Produce and design document assembly/automation within software systems; generate documents by combining document templates with live data (Knowledge in HTML/PHP or programming languages a plus)

    Collaborate with staff to conceptualize and develop custom workflows within software systems (Experience with Microsoft Dynamics a plus)Develop custom reports within software systemsDesktop Support:
