    **This is a 1 year contract to start. Due to the temporary nature of the engagement, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
    The Role:
    In this role, as the Staff Program Manager (L&D) (Contract) at SoFi, you will focus on the learning and development component of the Data Governance program. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, build and launch of a company wide training program specific to data governance. In addition, this role will be responsible for delivery of training material, development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting. This role will require you to collaborate with cross-functional leaders in engineering, product, design, and business to drive a holistic program that effectively engages broad audiences as well as delve deep into specialty topics.
    The ideal candidate for this role will have a deep understanding of designing, building and overseeing internal L&D programs including identifying performance, skills, and/or behavior gaps, making recommendations, and providing solutions to improve, engage and develop the business. Strong partnership skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and the ability to deliver programs that improve SoFi's overall knowledge of data governance will be a key to success in this role.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Design, build and oversee internal L&D programs including identifying performance, skills, and/or behavior gaps, making recommendations, and providing solutions to improve business performance and develop future leaders by partnering closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders.
    • Partner and collaborate closely with other functions within People and Culture (HR Business Partners, DEI, Talent Acquisition, Talent Programs, and Operations) by supporting and providing learning resources/guides to the entire employee lifecycle - onboarding, career development, team building, manager development, and leadership development programs.
    • Manage the content of the program by establishing methods and procedures for delivery, evaluation measurement, and reporting.
    • Manage project execution including coordination of logistics, managing materials, and providing a critical eye to ensure content is ready for distribution.
    • Research, manage, and evaluate the program through the development and production of KPIs.
    • Continually evaluate and gain feedback on L&D content to ensure focus on improvement, results, and business impact.


    What you'll need:

    • 5+ years of experience in learning and/or leadership development in a fast paced business environment
    • Recent content development experience using Articulate 360
    • Knowledge of adult learning theories and principles
    • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) including reporting, troubleshooting and uploading content
    • Strong written communication, project management, presentation and interpersonal skills
    • Strong sense of ownership and bias for action
    • Ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams

    The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and location.
