    Senior Site Manager - Portland, CO, United States - McKinstry

    We are adding a Senior Construction Manager to our growing Energy division in Denver, CO.

    This role will assume responsibility for the overall portfolio of regional projects including business management, people and team management and resource forecasting, communication, and industry participation.

    Collaborate with Internal and External Teams of the project through the development and construction.
    Coordination with Subcontractors of the project.
    Project Financials
    Pre-Construction Responsibilities
    Project Budgeting and scope review
    Encourages Stewart of Safety, Standards and training and maintains client satisfaction.
    Assumes financial responsibility for projects including accurate, timely, and relevant reporting to stake holders.
    Monitors, controls, and reports on the financial performance of projects.
    Responsible for preparation of monthly project accounting review.
    Coaches and mentors project team members.
    Develops project staffing plans to include labor, subcontractors, etc.
    communicate and influence policies and procedures.
    Define individual project responsibilities and accountabilities.
    Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering.
    ~ Proficient with scheduling software - MS Projects preferably.
    ~ Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite.
    ~ Working knowledge of SharePoint.
    ~ Knowledge of construction management, commercial building process, and financial acumen. Proficient with construction financial programs.
    ~ Demonstrates and understanding of accounting a financial management preferred.
    ~ Knowledge of the basics of labor relations including union contract requirements and hiring practices.
    ~8 years construction related experience.
    ~ Team Building abilities to recruit, coach, and mentor.
    ~ Development abilities for project staffing plans.
    ~ Forecasting abilities of project management labor requirements.

OVERVIEW Rangers assist with all site setup/cleanup for arriving and departing guests. They escort arrivals to their site after normal business hours, communicate all issues and concerns to the Resort Manager, and monitor the pool(s) for unregistered guests, all while providing excellent customer service. JOB DUTIES Lead RVs to sites, locating them properly within individual site areas. Assist guests with site set-up as needed. Check transient sites daily for departures; remove trash from recently vacated transient sites. Check all sites for issues or problems (i.e. water, sewer, hornets, etc.) and reports to manager. Inspect tied down RVs, park models, and manufactured homes for cleanliness, rust, damage, and other problems prior to permitting their rental or sale. Complete various surveys of tied down units as required. Handle guest and resident questions and complaints directly or refer them to the appropriate department. Treat sites, both manufactured home and RV, for fire ant infestation as requested and as a normal procedure when spotting units on site. Oversee the sales of sewer donuts and electrical adapters (if applicable). Complete site measurements as requested. Deliver special packages and/or one-day mail to appropriate sites. Assist with coverage at the main gate. Routinely check resort amenities (i.e.: pools) for unregistered guests. Tag vehicles for removal by owner at unrented transient sites. Follow safety procedures while performing duties. Other duties as assigned.
