- Take customer orders and process payments using a point-of-sale terminal system.
- Deliver excellent guest service by making drinks accurately and promptly.
- Handle cash transactions and settle guest checks following company policies.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Report any product shortages, equipment issues, or staffing concerns to management promptly.
- Supervise barbacks in their duties.
- Foster a positive work environment by interacting well with guests, vendors, and team members.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and gaming practices.
- Follow all Oklahoma Liquor Laws and Choctaw Nation Alcoholic Beverage Ordinances.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Must be 21 years of age or older (18 for establishments serving 3.2 beer).
- Possess an ABLE Certification.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Proficient in handling cash and providing correct change.
- Knowledgeable about menu items, drink preparations, and ingredients.
- At least one year of experience in a high-volume bartending role.
