Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Oracle Retail Technologies including RMS, RIB, RICS, ReSA, ReHA, Micro Services, Rest, Soap based integrations and RIBEXT.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain Oracle Apex applications to support business processes (desired).
• Lead Retail RMS implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines and quality standards.
• Utilize expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development to optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.
• Working experience on DAS(Data Access Schema) and Cloud infrastructure is a must.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve integration processes and solutions.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment by actively participating in team meetings and sharing knowledge with team members.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of accountability and responsibility in all aspects of work, from design to deployment.
• Take ownership of tasks and strive to deliver high-quality solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Document integration solutions thoroughly to facilitate knowledge transfer and support future maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in integration engineering with a focus on Oracle Retail Technologies.
• Proven expertise in RMS, RIB, RICS, ReSA, ReHA, Micro Services, Rest, and Soap based integrations.
• Experience with Oracle Apex development is highly desired.
• Hands-on experience with Retail RMS implementation is a must.
• Familiarity with RMS Next Gen is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL development.
• Experience working with Mulesoft and Kafka is desired.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Positive attitude, strong sense of accountability, and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to find answers to complex questions and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Exceptional documentation skills with a keen attention to detail.
