- Complete corresponding account reconciliations
- Ensuring accounting books for properties are accurate
- Enter reclasses and accruals
- Request disbursements and assign account numbers
- Provide preliminary reports for review to properties
- Coordinate closely with accounts payable team
- Manage close calendar for assigned properties
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 2+ years of related experience in general or property management accounting
- Sound understanding of GAAP and use of MS Excel
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
