Your Role

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments and provide tailored outpatient therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans.

You will participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning while ensuring timely completion of billing and documentation. You'll engage with our multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.

• A Master's degree in Social Work or related field is required.
  
• A provisional license may be needed per state regulation.
  
• Educational background leading to professional licensing is essential.
