    Job Summary: As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Christian Care Communities - Baptist Life Communities, you will provide compassionate and clinically sound care to residents in a collaborative environment. Your role includes administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and coordinating care while upholding our community's values of dignity, respect, and service.

    About the Job: This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to assess and implement patient care plans, accurately document patient care and condition changes, observe, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions, and educate patients and families on care processes and health maintenance.

    Qualifications: We are seeking a qualified LPN with a current and valid license in the State of Kentucky or Compact/Multi-State experience in geriatric or long-term care setting a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team are essential. Proficiency in maintaining detailed, accurate documentation is also required. Additionally, you must be able to respond to patient needs with compassion and professionalism, possess attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, and adhere to infection control and safety standards.
