Description

DiFilippo is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, bringing passion and purpose to our organization. With over 120 years of experience, we are pioneers in the industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a diverse client base of 2,000 businesses, nurturing existing relationships while expanding our reach through referrals and leads. You will also lead a small team in executing these tasks, all while honing your skills and progressing into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year on average.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage existing client accounts
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B sector
Supervise team activities and monitor results
Provide training and guidance to new team members on our established systems
Report daily field activities using our Salesforce-based CRM
Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

Exceptional organizational abilities and keen attention to detail
Proven track record of effective time management and meeting deadlines
Strong leadership and supervision skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
Comfort working in a fast-paced and occasionally high-stress environment
Passion for assisting others and building meaningful relationships
Previous experience in sales or customer service
Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
Community involvement interest
Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce

Licensing Requirements:

Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.
Clean background check and personal transportation
Minimum 45-day evaluation period before advancement
