    Make a Difference
    The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating several projects, products, executive strategic relationships, and strategic initiatives within internal and external Community Health Network programs. The Program Manager will direct projects and manage resources within the program, create and manage stakeholder and sponsor communications, develop reporting capabilities, and be responsible for the financial management of the program. The Program Manager can oversee key/select external partner account relationships. This position is hybrid, working from home with on-site meetings as required.

    Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain and "sell" the program goals and objectives to the business, as well as technical leadership.
    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • Master's degree preferred.
    • 5 (five) years or more of experience in program management, leadership roles, and/or account management with experience overseeing major projects and programs is required.
    • Maintain a high degree of political sensitivity, astuteness, and the ability to influence and structure the organization to achieve program success and overcome obstacles.
    • Possess a high level of empathy and the ability to vary styles of interaction to match the needs of a variety of temperaments and personalities.
    • Strong business acumen, including industry and domain-specific knowledge of the organization and its business units. Familiarity with industry trends and innovation.
    • Ability to analyze data involving many variables and convert it to actionable information.
