- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
- Resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with site services, hours of operations, directions, etc.
- Checks in/out guests in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Receive incoming telephone or alarm system calls regarding emergency and non-emergency situations.
- Monitor and operate security video system to observe and detect potential issues
- Report maintenance or equipment problems to appropriate personnel.
- Generate reports for theft, alarms, maintenance issues and other incidents that may occur in an efficient manner
- Always maintain a professional image and friendly demeanor
- Makes periodic patrols to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons
- Provides Security at the main entrance/lobby of designated buildings
- Primarly responsible for monitoring of access control to the building and providing customer service to all employees and visitors
- Ability to complete state security licensing, if applicable
- At least 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Ability to pass a crminial background check and drug screen
- 1 year mini experience
- Must have a Level II, Noncommissioned security license
