    Overview:

    Marksman Security Corporation is hiring immediately for Security Receptionist who can deliver a concierge level of service while maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients.

    Days, nights, and/ or weekend work availability is a must. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, guest services, and/or call centers.

    Qualifications:

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
    • Resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with site services, hours of operations, directions, etc.
    • Checks in/out guests in an efficient and friendly manner.
    • Receive incoming telephone or alarm system calls regarding emergency and non-emergency situations.
    • Monitor and operate security video system to observe and detect potential issues
    • Report maintenance or equipment problems to appropriate personnel.
    • Generate reports for theft, alarms, maintenance issues and other incidents that may occur in an efficient manner
    • Always maintain a professional image and friendly demeanor
    • Makes periodic patrols to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons
    • Provides Security at the main entrance/lobby of designated buildings
    • Primarly responsible for monitoring of access control to the building and providing customer service to all employees and visitors

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to complete state security licensing, if applicable
    • At least 18 years of age or older
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
    • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
    • Ability to pass a crminial background check and drug screen
    • 1 year mini experience
    • Must have a Level II, Noncommissioned security license
