    The Opportunity

    The

    Events and Conference Coordinator Intern


    will work closely with the Events Team to support the management and organization of company-sponsored events, speaking opportunities, panels, and related logistical tasks.

    They will also be responsible for cost management, shipping logistics, scheduling pre and post-event meetings, and assisting in the overall execution of events.

    This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.

    What You'll Do
    Managing and maintaining an events tracker to track all upcoming events, speaking opportunities, and panels.
    Conducting research to identify potential speaking opportunities and panels that align with the company's goals and objectives.
    Coordinating with the Events Team to manage event budgets and ensure costs are within budgetary constraints.
    Facilitating the shipping of event materials and ensuring all necessary items are delivered on time and in good condition.
    Scheduling and coordinating pre and post-event meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners.
    Providing general support to the Events Team, including administrative tasks and possibly assisting with event setup and teardown.
    Assisting in the management of event leads and follow-up communications with attendees.

    Your Experience and Capabilities

    Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and Share Point.
    Experience with event planning and logistics is a plus.
    A keen interest in marketing, events, and public speaking.

    US Hourly Range

    $17-$20 USD
