The Retail Store Associate position provides an opportunity in a leading retail setting to excel in a growing high impact customer focused role working both independently as a member of team positively impacting the lives others.
Responsibilities
- Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs demonstrating compassion care in all interactions actively identifying resolving potential service issues
- Focusing on customer giving warm friendly greeting maintaining eye contact offering help locating additional items when needed
- Accurately perform cashier duties handling cash checks credit card transactions precision while following company policies procedures
- Maintaining sales floor restocking shelves checking vendors updating pricing information completing inventory management tasks directed store manager
- Supporting opening closing store activities when needed
