    Practice Overview

    Busy bread-and-butter GI practice with 9 physicians and 6 APPs
    Sole gastroenterology group serving a large multi-county region
    Approximately 11,000 colonoscopies and 3,500 EGDs performed annually
    Dedicated endoscopy days with strong procedural support
    Light 1:7 hospital call with no rounding required during call hours
    Schedule

    Monday through Friday schedule with predictable hours
    Dedicated APP support during hospitalist weeks
    Balanced structure that supports long-term growth and lifestyle flexibility
    Compensation & Benefits

    Competitive base salary with productivity bonus potential
    $25,000 sign-on bonus and up to $10,000 in relocation assistance
