- Translate customer requirements in order to produce SharePoint Online sites ranging from basic to complex with enhanced functionality through customizations and integrations
- Serves as Subject Matter Expert for SharePoint Online resource development, content management, and administration on multiple networks
- Serves as Subject Matter Expert for web content/web environment design, development, deployment and site life-cycle management
- Highly experienced working with and incorporating Microsoft 365 Services: SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, M365 Groups and Power Platform
- Experience with graphic design, data visualization techniques, HTML coding, and other interfaces or products used to produce attractive, user friendly and intuitive web content
- Implement and maintain user-friendly designs, in accordance with Intelligence Community branding guidance and ensure 508-accessibility compliance for optimum user experience
- Improve processes and strategies to enhance the SharePoint Online look and feel
- Collaborate with other teams and developers to create and operate internal and external web sites
- Utilize SharePoint Online and M365 environment to create custom tools that help automate processes
- Ability to quickly understand and utilize new concepts and technologies
- Collaborate with Project Managers or Program Managers
- Possess, practice and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong writing skills at the collegiate level
- Ability to work within a small team environment with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of SharePoint Online experience and at least 10 years in IT Career Field
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Adobe Flash Player
- Current Security+ certification or higher
- Active TS/SCI clearance to start AND the ability to obtain a CI poly to be considered for the position
- Familiar with Information Security, handling classified data within the Intelligence Community
- Familiar with ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence
- Familiar with Camtasia or other Video editing software

Position may have some telework opportunities but the position is considered an on-site position requiring candidates to be local to the DC/Maryland/VA area to access secure Government facilities.
