    This role is integral to our corporate sales division in Milwaukee, focusing on business development and promotion of our exclusive and preferred venues.

    We are seeking someone who is not just adept in sales but also passionate about crafting remarkable corporate events and eager to drive our business to new heights.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Drive new corporate sales opportunities, enhancing our presence in the Milwaukee area.
    Champion Zilli Hospitality Group's exclusive and preferred venues for corporate events.
    Develop and nurture relationships with corporate clients, delivering solutions that meet their unique event needs.
    Collaborate with marketing to craft impactful sales strategies and materials.
    Represent Zilli Hospitality Group at various business events for lead generation and networking.
    Conduct venue tours, highlighting features and discussing tailored catering options.
    Liaise with event planning and operational teams to ensure flawless event execution.
    Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, contracts, event orders, and diagrams.
    Maintain consistent and effective communication with clients throughout the event planning process.
    Work closely with Catering Operations, Culinary Team, and other departments to guarantee operational excellence in event execution.
    Understand and embody company policies and procedures in all interactions and operations.


    Qualifications:
    Solid background in sales, with a preference for hospitality or event planning experience.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of crafting compelling narratives and presentations.
    Proven ability in building and maintaining relationships, both with clients and within teams.
    Independent and accountable, with outstanding leadership and organizational capabilities.
    Familiarity with Milwaukee's corporate sector and event planning industry.
    Skilled in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
    A proactive, client-focused approach to business development.
