    Palace Entertainment, one of America's largest leisure operators, seeks a Distribution Sales Manager for its U.S. portfolio of parks. We are a multi-platform entertainment company which proudly hosts over 6 million visitors annually and is one the largest operator of Water Parks, Theme Parks and Family Entertainment Centers in the nation.

    The ideal candidate is a highly organized, customer service orientated strategic thinker that is tech savvy with excellent writing and speaking skills. Working on growing sales, numerous projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and handling pressure daily.

    We are currently looking for a:

    Senior Sales Manager, Distribution

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • This position will be focused on driving business including all aspects of account management within the 3rd party Distributor channel to promote and sell several water parks, theme parks, and family entertainment centers across the US. Key Distributors will include select domestic and international B2B and B2B2C operators/resellers with API technology.
    • Lead all initiatives that pertain to this business channel to meet and achieve yearly sales and attendance goals.
    • Regular dialogue with Revenue Management on pricing and products for parks/products. Organizes approved grids for internal and external partners.
    • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and sales patterns for parks and each Distributor. Use data and learnings to make decisions and adjust Distributor partner plans as needed. Prepare reports for stakeholders.
    • Serve as the distribution subject matter expert of Palace Entertainment. Partner with other subject experts (Ecommerce, Paid Media, CRM) to deliver key promotions and marketing campaigns throughout the year
    • Develop project timeline for each park for pricing, product builds and IT integration. Work closely with Finance, Product Build and IT teams on implementation and testing. Assist with Distributor process questions and roll-out.
    • Develop internal relationships within the organization's marketing, operations, and management teams to ensure the success of Distributors.
    • Take point on legal contracting with Distributor channel of business in conjunction with Palace Entertainment Legal counsel. Serve as liaison between Legal and Distributor.
    • Work alongside marketing team to coordinate and execute integrated sales campaigns.
    • Negotiate marketing and advertising opportunities with Distributors to expand Palace Entertainment parks brand reach.
    • Organize content tool kits for Distributors including brand assets for web, copy points, logos, images, promotional verbiage for each park and product offerings per season and event. Provide approval on all advertising.
    Professionally represent and market the U.S portfolio of parks at industry meetings, tradeshows, and off-site events. Stay abreast of industry trends to remain competitive.

    Skills:
    • Communication - Highly developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including customer service skills; ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively with a wide range of diverse populations. Represent the Company well internally and externally and convey a professional and positive image of the organization and business affiliates.
    • Leadership - Sales Strategist with the ability to collaborate with multiple levels of internal staff and report to stakeholders with finesse and professionalism.
    • Problem Solving/Analysis: Define problems, research, and collect data, draw valid conclusions, and execute remedial strategies in a timely manner.
    • Flexibility - Handle multiple priorities simultaneously; maintain a flexible work schedule to meet changing demands for multiple concurrent projects, and ability to adapt to changing events and strategies in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
    • Computer Proficiency - MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint), Experience with Salesforce CRM. Experience/knowledge of Gateway Ticketing a plus (Galaxy Connect).
    Qualifications & Education Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales and/or Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. Equivalent experience will be considered.
    • Flexible schedule - must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required to meet the demands of the job. As requested, the ability to travel up to 10 days at time for conferences and park required visits.
    • 3-6 years of related experience required. Experience in the entertainment or amusement and attractions industry a plus, but not required.
    Languages: Fluent English

    This position reports to the Palace Entertainment VP of Marketing/Sales with dotted lines to various other stakeholders within the organization.
