We're looking for a Training Coordinator at the largest pizza plant globally, home to the renowned Red Baron and Tony's frozen pizzas in Salina, KS. If you're a skilled communicator and trainer, this role suits you. It's a 1st shift gig, generally from 6-8 a.m. to 3-5 p.m. CST.
In this role, you'll identify and coordinate essential training to ensure the plant meets production needs safely and efficiently. You'll work closely with the plant's leadership to determine necessary skills, knowledge, and manpower. Also, you'll oversee training programs like food safety and new employee orientation.
