    Job Description

    As the Director of Cosmetic Packaging Sales, you'll be involved in developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. You will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales strategies, building strong relationships with external partners and internal cross functional teams to ensure success in sales targets, and driving the overall success of the organization. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing packaging sales operations and have a deep understanding of the beauty and lifestyle goods industries. This is a client facing role.

    • Work hand in hand with internal teams and outside manufacturers to bring your client's vision to life.
    • Strong understanding of various manufacturing processes and methods.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends to drive sales growth in the beauty and personal care sector.
    • Provide leadership, guidance and support to the sales team. Build and maintain a high-performance sales culture, foster teamwork, and inspire the team to achieve outstanding results. Set clear sales objectives, monitor performance, and provide coaching and training to enhance the team's skills and capabilities.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and stakeholders.
    • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and develop accurate sales forecasts. Regularly evaluate sales results against targets and identify areas of improvement. Utilize data-driven insights to adjust sales strategies, capitalize on marketing opportunities, and mitigate potential risks.
    • Continuously review and optimize the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices, sales tools, and systems to streamline workflows and improve overall sales performance. Foster a culture of continuous improvement with the sales organization.
    • Ensure strong alignment between sales strategies and overall business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term partnerships. Provide input on product development, pricing strategies, and market trends based on customer feedback and sales insights
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
    • 4+ years of experience in sales cosmetic manufacturing role
    • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, products and market dynamics.
    • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, including at the executive level.
    • Effectively collaborated with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
    • Willingness to travel as required
