    Join a collaborative Complex Litigation team where your organization, judgment, and attention to detail directly support high-stakes cases. This role is ideal for a litigation paralegal/secretary who enjoys ownership of deadlines, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants meaningful involvement across all stages of litigation.

    What You'll Do

    • Own litigation calendars and ensure all court deadlines are accurately tracked and met
    • Coordinate schedules for attorneys, clients, experts, and litigation teams
    • Monitor dockets, court rules, and scheduling orders to stay ahead of deadlines
    • Support attorneys through all phases of complex and class action litigation
    • Manage and organize large volumes of electronic and physical case materials
    • Prepare, proofread, and e-file pleadings in state and federal courts, including MDL matters
    • Assist with discovery, document production, and procedural research
    • Coordinate logistics for hearings, depositions, and meetings
    • Track billable time and provide administrative and litigation support
    What We're Looking For
    • Paralegal certificate from an ABA-recognized program required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
    • 3+ years of experience supporting complex, class action, or MDL litigation; personal injury preferred
    • Strong understanding of civil procedure and state and federal court rules
    • Proven accuracy with calendaring and deadline management
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and multi-jurisdiction e-filing
    • Experience with document management and eDiscovery platforms a plus
    • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities
    • Clear communicator with sound judgment and attention to detail
