Job summary
To manage and oversee all aspects of daily hub operations, including supervising city delivery dispatcher(s), hub delivery specialists and any other team members assigned to hub.Serve as supervisor responsible for managing and maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service for all city delivery service functions.
Investigate all shipping and inventory discrepancies related to hub - make sure they are corrected in a timely manner.
