Greet clients with warmth and professionalism ensuring a premium welcoming experience.
Handle appointment scheduling confirmations reschedules cancellations through Company systems Boulevard GoHighLevel Respond promptly accurately to client inquiries via phone text email or online platforms Provide information on treatments products memberships promotions educate clients on pre post treatment care Communicate potential upsell cross sell opportunities to clinical staff where appropriate Serve as central link between front desk clinical team other departments ensure smooth operational flow consistent communication unified client experience throughout entire clinic Host weekly bi weekly team huddle discuss KPIs wins upcoming goals etc Ensure strong coordinated sales process across all departments clinical administrative marketing effectively present reinforce close treatment packages memberships follow up plans when appropriate Maintain clean organized polished front desk waiting area meets clinical standards Safeguard patient confidentiality accurate completion storage intake forms records Verify deposits intake form completion before client check in Maintain updated knowledge treatments pricing policies communicate confidently accurately with clients
