Description
Join the team at UNM Hospitals in their Interventional Radiology department at SRMC. As a full-time Nurse, you will have the opportunity to participate in the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP), allowing you to progress through different levels and earn increasing compensation based on your Nursing Education and National Certifications.
Benefits include a Sign-on Bonus, Relocation Reimbursement, and various shift differentials for weekday nights, weekend nights, and weekend day shifts.
Shift:Days
Work within the nursing process to provide direct nursing care to a diverse patient population, ranging from Neonates to Geriatric individuals. In this role, you will provide clinical leadership, adhere to patient safety protocols, and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Upon completing training, you will take on precepting and evaluation responsibilities for new personnel, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Preferred qualifications for this role include being a Program Graduate, holding a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, and being a Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, along with CPR certification, is required.
